Data Exclusion

If you want all your data to be excluded from our system, including your username, password, purchase history, and app interactions, follow the below instructions:

1 - Send an email to service@ohmygogh.com using the same email account you have registered in the OhMyGogh app. In that email, you will use the title without quotes: "I want my data total exclusion", In the message content, you will write without quotes: "I am conscious that if I have an active paid subscription, that service can be lost and will not have refunds".

2 - Wait for your email to be analyzed and approved for total exclusion. The response for approval or disapproval will be sent to the same email you used for the request.

In the event of approval, all your data will be deleted from our database. In case of disapproval, we will explain to you in your email why your request was denied.
